There are many agreements in the past that some clients did'nt know payment protection had been added to a personal loan, mortgage, secured loans and credit cards.
There are some who when applying for a loan were told they had to take out the protection to get the loan and in desperation signed the paperwork.
It has now been found that these sort of agreements can be claimed against on the basis of being unfair as to being presured into signing, your job at the time of taking the loan, whether medical questions were ever asked etc.
You can now claim back on these agreements for the payments you made as well as claim addition interest on the payments made.
